Open Question: Can you use the ATT data plan to connect your PC to the internet via Nokia E71X?
I am getting the E71X. I don’t want to get the data plan since I already have internet, but I have a feeling it’s going to be pretty much forced. Then thought I remember seeing you could connect a PC to the internet VIA the ATT DATA PLAN through your cell phone.
Anyone know if this is true? My cell will be arriving shortly so I can test it myself, but maybe someone already knows.

Open Question: Does a person have to pay on a cell phone that is not in his or her name?
My girlfriend was using a cell from tmobile and was even making monthly payments on it for the service. However, she one day just stopped making payments because she no longer had the money. Now, as a result, T mobile is sending bills for that to her father’s house in her father’s name. I believe its gone to collections too. Nonetheless, her father is insisting because she used the phone that she has to pay for these bill that are now in collections. Is she legally obligated to do that though? The contract, plan, and phone its self were not even in her name eventhough she was the one using it.
