Open Question: Cancel Sprint service w/o etf?
I used to love sprint, now I really don’t like them. I just moved and I had excellent service at my home before. I moved like 30 minutes away from my original place and I get 0-1 bar no matter what. So I thought it was the area I am in, I called and over 5 reps told me that the service quality was “good” in my coverage area. I am well within the city. Keep in mind everybody else’s cell phone works at my house and outside! not mine. So they re-set my phone to the tower like 6 time promising it would give me better quality. I have had so many dropped calls it is ridiculous (try about 10 while having a 1 hour conversation with someone?) One young man told me it was my phone itself causing the problem. I got another phone (that i purchased on e-bay that was brand new) which is a HTC diamond. I STILL HAD LOADS OF DROPPED CALLS AND TERRIBLE SIGNAL! I have no clue what to do. My cell phone is my primary phone because I am on a budget and need to be reachable at all times. I don’t even talk on my cell phone that much, but when I do decide to talk, I need the phone to work since I am paying about $60 bucks a month for it! Help me if you can. I would so appreciate it. I am thinking about switching to AT & T. I heard they have quality service.
