Open Question: Abusing cell phone bandwidth question?
I asked this question in the TMO forums but wanted more responses:
First off, here is a quote from T&C: “We may also suspend, terminate, or restrict your data session, Plan, or service if you use your Data Plan in a manner that interferes with other customers’ service, our ability to allocate network capacity among customers, or that otherwise may degrade service quality for other customers.”
Does this mean they will forbid me from having a data plan and relinquish me from a contract if I use too much bandwidth (say 85GB in a month) or will they force me to stay in contract and not have internet? If so, can they really do that without ruffling a few feathers (breaking contract guidelines)? Just curious
Open Question: My cell phone no longer takes nice pictures?

Voting Question: Cell phone help- how to get a better phone?
My husband and I have a family share plan through ATT. We don’t use very many minutes, and we only text about 5-10 times per month. We cannot get rid of our land line because our son has a pacemaker and we have to dial in to check his “ticker” out monthly. Anyway on all the plans in order to get a better quality phone you have to sign up for unlimited text plans etc. How can we get a better quality phone(one with better calender features etc) We don’t need internet or e-mail.
Well we checked with ATT and in order to get an ungraded phone you have to spend an extra $30.00 per month for an unlimited texting plan
