Open Question: What should I do about my daughter’s behavior?
She’s 12 years old. She is soo stubborn.
When she doesn’t get her way she wines. Like when my husband said he wanted online because it’s my husbands computer she tells him to f*** off. She throws HER kitten around she just HAD to have. When we were shopping in Aeropostale i wanted to buy her some jeans since they were on sale shes like” Jeans is that all you ever f***in care about you dumb b**** what about accessories or tops.” She also calls me cheap at the grocery store when i wanted to buy her some orange pop it was on sale but shes like” Eww no it aint the same its not Fanta its Sunkist!!! you a$$hole.” She’s my only child. She also broke her 2 laptops her HP Mini and a PC my husband gave her she threw a Camera at the PC and stomped on the Mini because the page wouldn’t load. She was on my husbands cell phone and was downloading and using the internet on there and its 68$ charges.
The total bill is 210$. I dont even know how she got a hold of my husbands cell phone SHE KNOWS she isnt aloud to use it!!!!. She gets all d’s and f’s and hardly has friends. She’s obsessed with Britney Spears—I’ve tried getting her into other better role models she HATES them ALL!
Idk what to do anymore!!! She’s on this computer 24/7 NOBODY SAID SHE COULD USE IT.
She also clogged up her toilet upstairs with a fucking PLUM i mean how hard is it to throw the plum in the tarsh can?!
I’ve tried yelling and grounding her…any other suggestions??
Resolved Question: I want to buy a cell phone from Ebay? Safe?
Ok so i don’t have a cell phone and i want one. My family is a At&t buyer, besides 2 phones that are my parents those are Sprint ,I think.(They are work phones, and then they have their cell phones)
Both my older sisters have phones. My oldest is Metro PCS,paying for her own phone now. My other sister had a blackberry but now has another phone she bought from a friend,it was unlocked. Well since my mom has 2 phones she said she can give me her cell phone and she can just keep her other one(it does anything a cell phone can,but it does a different kind of calling but it can also call) So she said she doesn’t need 2 phones. I said i would take it but i don’t like her phone. I want a Samsung Eternity. She doesn’t want to buy a new phone from At&t because of the 2 year contract, and i don’t want the At&t phone you can buy in walmart and just buy those cards . So i want to buy a phone like my other sister did,an unlocked phone. My question is …Is is safe to buy from Ebay? I know craigslist isn’t ,because you have to meet the person, and ebay you just get it buy mail,if i get ripped off ,can i get my money back? My parents don’t like using credit cards online,is there a different way? How does Paypal work? I heard it is much safer to use than western union, why? My sister used to work in a pawn shop and her boss ordered the wii from his credit card online from wal mart and i just paid him back, she said he buys a lot of stuff from ebay and see if this can work out, depending on the other questions. I am seeing a lot of Samsung Eternities for sale on ebay.com. I want the buy it now feature. Don’t really want to bid,if it is better than can you please explain why. Any personal experiences? What would you do ,or what do you think is best? Sorry for writing so much. Please no rude or mean comments i do flag. Oh and can you please explain the whole shipping and returning policy, please? Thanks
Resolved Question: How do you deal with a manager that is like this?
have an assistant manager at my job who basically is a big disaster in life in general, and also at the workplace. The only reason I know this is because he brings his home life to work via tons of phone calls from his kids, wife, etc. on the job, using the company phone. He has brought attention to and called for the store manager to discipline other employees for using their cell phone, texting or whatever in the store. Yet he does it, and he will answer his phone and tell whoever it is to, “Call me at the store.” There are other disturbing trends, such as he tries to pass off horrible (cheap) sales to other coworkers, so that their numbers go down and his don’t. He will pretend like he is suddenly busy doing something. When I first started, he did this crazy thing where if I would be standing somewhere feet away him, he would suddenly find a need to get in the drawer that I was near. So I’d go over here, and he’d say, “Excuse me, J” (he won’t remember people’s names who have been there for a long time, and calls them by single letters) and want to get at something supposedly in the drawer. So I’d go somewhere else, and he would do the same thing with that. He is extremely obnoxious…an “impressor” it seems. So he will try to make out like the guy who knows what he’s doing, when he doesn’t. If it’s slow, he will grab stuff and start cleaning heavily. He sprays cleaning spray EVERYWHERE…as if he’s getting high on it. I leave the area when he does that, because that can’t be good for the lungs. If you are speaking to him, he will act like he’s listening and just randomly look up at someone going by and say, “Hey, how you doin’?” in a crazy manner of greeting them…but totally not listening to you. Then he’ll ask you again later what you were trying to tell him in the first place. He leaves early sometimes by an hour or two. The company has let him get away with it. He will go out in front of the store (it’s in an airport) and stand there wanting to talk to me, or pointing out women or other people to me…not doing anything but greeting every 25th person that walks by. But if I went out there and stood, waiting for someone to come up and help them..he would say, “We can’t just stand out there. We have to get energy and do this and that…” But he sure doesn’t do that.
His wife and kids call the job I don’t know how many times per day, looking for him. He leaves work, turns his phone off or ignores calls from his wife/kids, and then they can’t apparently reach him until he comes back in to work again. His wife is a pharmacist…very overweight, and he apparently married her for the $130,000 a year that she makes. I know for a fact that he makes $12 an hour, having secretly seen this info back when I first started. I have seen that he is quite a backstabbing character…he will act like he’s on your side when you are there, but then when you aren’t there he says stuff about you to other people and degrades you.
What’s the best way to deal with this guy? I’ve gotten into it several times with him because he’s just so ignorant. My store manager isn’t strong enough to put her foot down and tell him what to do. Her managers that I’ve told about some of the issues didn’t seem to care and wanted to point at me, instead…saying “So you think he’s incompetent?” I know he’s incompetent…is my best bet to just find a new job? I’ve been there almost a year and a half.
