I have the Samsung Glyde for Verizon. It works great, I’m just tired of it and want a new phone. If I buy another phone from ebay without a contract, what would I have to do to activate it?
I used to have Tmobile but obviously Verizon doesn’t have a sim card so I can’t just put it in..Help please?
Open Question: How come i receive text messages AND phone calls (or missed call notifications) WAYYY LATER?
I got a spint samsung pretty recently, a few months ago. I originally had a metro PCS so when i got my spint, it felt like a GOD SEND.
the thing is (THIS ONLY STARTED HAPPENING RECENTLY) i have been getting text messages HOURS after they’ve been sent. At first it was a minor inconvienience, but know its really effing up my life. I had some “crisis” and i needed to stay at someone’s house and someone needed to pick me up.
APPARENTLY someone did come to where i was, but couldn’t come in for security reasons…and called me 4 times. I had my phone on me the whole time and it was on, ALSO my phone said it never received any calls. The same thing happened i had my phone on me this entire time and i didn’t receive a text message that was sent at 8:35PM until 12:30AM.
It used to happen every so often, so it happens ALL THE TIME. I got a text from someone this morning. They sent it at 2:35AM and it didn’t notify my until 11 in the morning and i had my phone on.
my friend called me and i didn’t pick up, so she called my house phone. Like 20 minutes later we were in her car and then my cell notified me that she had called.
my question: HOWWW can i prevent this from happening? and why is it happening NOW? its getting really ridiculous and inconvenient.
Open Question: will a smart phone work with a go phone plan?
right now i have a go phone plan with AT&T. my parents are letting me use one of their upgrades, so i can get a new phone. the one i’d like to get is the Samsung Jack. it’s a smart phone, but i’m not sure that it would work for me, since i dont have a regular cell phone plan. all i really care to do is text and call. i dont care about internet. would the phone still work for me to text and call?? or will it not since i dont have the right plan?? any help would be greatly appreciateddd.
