Open Question: does radio play, being mainstream make rappers great? and fast rapping?
One of my friends told me drake,50 cent soulja boy,Roscoe dash,Gucci mane, icp,vanilla ice,rick ross,minaj, ,wayne are the best rappers because they get radio play a lot andtv attention.he says rappers like AZ,nas,,big daddy kane,lupe.fiasco,immortal technique,Eminem,masta ace,Rakim,kool.g rap,big daddy Kane, krs one mf Grimm, pretty much all those lyrical rappers suck because they do not get radio,MTV attention.he says they till never have as much money as those rappers he named.he says they r nobody as nobody knows their names.he says he sees litttle girls listening to the rappers he mentioned.he says those rappera sold more albums than the rappers I mentioned.

Resolved Question: Unlock HTC Evo for use in Australia?
I purchased an HTC Evo (NOT 3d) in the US back in May. I moved to Australia the following August. Haven’t been using the Evo since then because the network isn’t available here. However, yesterday I noticed a cell phone store advertising the new HTC Evo 3D. I asked the sales clerk about using my Evo in Australia (since I still have it and the plan is still in effect), and he said that I could if I “unlocked” it. Is this so? What does unlocking even mean? And how would I be able to do that?

Resolved Question: What kind of job best suites my disability?
Hello everyone, I seem to be at a major crossroad in my life. I am a 23 year old recent college grad with a BS in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from a top 30 university. However, as college progressed my hearing slowly started to deteriorate. While I am no where near “deaf,” I am considered hard of hearing. Face to face, I usually have relatively no problem speaking with colleagues as long as the background noise isn’t too bad (although at times I must ask them to repeat themselves). However, speaking on the phone is a DAUNTING task.

My problems lie here:
1) Most jobs require employees to frequently speak on the phone. All of my previous work experience was in sales for high-end technology companies. My plan was to go into the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sales/management field given my expertise and experience. However, my options in this field now seem limited.

2) Most jobs require a preliminary phone call interview. In person, I can usually blow any interviewer away (my sales experience is actually quite extensive). However, not sounding like an idiot on the phone due to not being able to understand what is being said makes getting an in-person interview problematic.

3) There’s a recession at the moment. If the economy were better I’m sure more employers would be willing to take a chance on me with my disability. However, with tons of non-handicapped people out of work, my chances seem to be cut down even further.

I am fantastic when it comes to speaking to people and building relationships, which is what made me such a good salesman in the first place. Is there any kind of B2B job category in my industry for a young and capable man such as myself that would not require me to be on the phone often? I’m hoping my disability doesn’t limit my future potential for advancement in any field I go into.

I hate the feeling that I worked my tail off for years, graduated with honors, got a large amount of work experience and have a fully capable good head on my shoulders but I’m being limited by this new disability.

Note:
1) Hearing Aids do not work for me. My doctor says it is because the hearing aids cannot pick up the lower frequencies that are most affected for me. (Trust me, I bought extremely expensive hearing aids just to try and they only seem to make things worse.)

2) The doctors believe I am suffering from nerve damage

3) The fields I worked in sales for were not science related but were a great opportunity to learn B2B sales (technology based though)

4) For the love of God, please don’t say anything like “there are plenty of handicapped people that have become very successful.” I understand that, but for right now I need a job within my field that I can use as a stepping stone to prove that I can still do great things even with my disability.

5) While I know that employers are not legally allowed to discriminate against me for my disability, I hope everyone is wise enough to understand that most subconsciously will. I’m hard of hearing, not stupid.

What kind of job titles within the science field should I be looking into that can be adapted around my disability?

Resolved Question: Anyone have this problem charging there cell phone?
I have a 3 g android prepaid through cin bell its a huawei and I’ve had it for almost a year and whenever I charge it lately it automatically says it’s 90% charged as soon as I plug it in than I unplug it and it completely turns off I can charge it for an hour and as soon as I unplug it it dies. And its not the charger cause my bf uses the same charger and it works fine.

Anyone else have this problem what could it be? The con bell store by me wont even look at it they just say all sales final go through manufacturer I want it fixed soon not in three months lol.

The sales of Nokia phones have declined drastically in recent years. With competitors like Android and iOS I don’t think Nokia has any chance in market with its Symbian OS. Resolved Question: Unlock HTC Evo for use in Australia?
I purchased an HTC Evo (NOT 3d) in the US back in May. I moved to Australia the following August. Haven’t been using the Evo since then because the network isn’t available here. However, yesterday I noticed a cell phone store advertising the new HTC Evo 3D. I asked the sales clerk about using my Evo in Australia (since I still have it and the plan is still in effect), and he said that I could if I “unlocked” it. Is this so? What does unlocking even mean? And how would I be able to do that?

Hello everyone! Im currently 18 and thinking about moving out. Don’t discourage me because of my age I’m very responsible. Ive been working at the same place for just about three years now. They pay is good I make 4/Hr + TIPS.
Since I have bee working there this is how my money schedule looks.
I get 40 hours a week. I get paid every other week my checks are around 200-250. If I work inside a few days a week they can get to 300 but its rare.
I usually work 5- 6 days a week. I work one shift every day i work usually 5-7 hours nothing more.
I have never made anything less then 50 a shift and were talking slow days in the middle of winter (december, january, febuary) and 100+ and I’ve made highest 150 a shift (the rest of the months)
Lately work has been amazing I’m so good at my job I’m making 100 a night, easy no problem even if its semi slow. BTW i love my job always have,

Heres what I want/ need.
Apartment 500-600 a month
I’m getting a car of 6000 and i pay back 100-150 a month
i have cell phone bill of 100
I don’t use much more then 20 a week in gas if that
i have a spear car my dad will let me use if something happens to my new one.
I don’t eat much but if i live alone it might be easy to get food stamps ( hey i pay the government out of my checks, might as well get something back)
and my car insurance is usually 70-100
I have college classes i do the online they don’t interfere and they are free if I’m living on my own. ( ill even get a 700 refund if i live alone once a year)
I have the best health insurance there is and am on my dads insurance so that won’t be an expense.
and there they’re are usually utilities like heat, gas, electric, ect. that need to be budgeted in.

and I don’t plan on moving out until sometime in june, currently its may and i have 1500$ saved.
Im going to save as much as i can until June.
I want to have enough for first, last month and security deposit.
and at least 2,000 besides that^ before i go anywhere.

But i worried I won’t make enough somehow to afford this, WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Will I have enough to move out?
I wanna live by myself because roommates are a bad idea.

And furniture won’t be an issue ill have that bought for every room before i go, i don’t need much. I have an excessive amout of bedroom furniture and its warm so theres garage sales every where for me to find cheep deals.
I have a macbook laptop and a dell desk top.
and as far as cleaning supplies goes i got that covered were looking at the big picture

I have the best health insurance there is and am on my dads insurance so that won’t be an expense.
and there they’re are usually utilities like heat, gas, electric, ect. that need to be budgeted in.

and I don’t plan on moving out until sometime in june, currently its may and i have 1500$ saved.
Im going to save as much as i can until June.
I want to have enough for first, last month and security deposit.
and at least 2,000 besides that^ before i go anywhere.

But i worried I won’t make enough somehow to afford this, WHAT DO YOU THINK?
Will I have enough to move out?
I wanna live by myself because roommates are a bad idea.

And furniture won’t be an issue ill have that bought for every room before i go, i don’t need much. I have an excessive amout of bedroom furniture and its warm so theres garage sales every where for me to find cheep deals.
and i already have a l macbook aptop and dell desk top all i need is a tv’

Open Question: Is this deal on a car a scam?
Ive been looking at this car and some of it sounds legit, while other parts are hard to believe.

What can i tell you about my 300ZX? I can tell you that it’s my personal car and it’s condition is great, as you will see in the pictures. I tried my best to keep the title clean. All you have to do is to register it and drive it. The car is excellent, has no problems. I love the car, but i can’t keep it anymore. The miles on the engine are original. Very clean car, clear title. Need to sell it fast, because the registration of the car in an European country will cost me up to $5000 on inspections, engine modifications and paper work. You will NOT have this problem, the car is still registered in US. Right now I’m located in Aviano, Italy. I’m in the Air Force and i have to stay in Italy for the next 2 years. The reason of selling it, is that the registration of a car with US standards in an European country will cost me up to $5000 on inspections, modifications and paper work. I am not so familiar with online sales and I decided to use a service from an business-specialized company, eBay Motors Vehicle Purchase Protection (VPP).
The payment will be completed to eBay Motors. After you receive the car, inspect it (for 3 days) and register it on your name, eBay will release the payment to me. If, by any reason, you won’t be satisfied with it ( even though I can assure you that it is exactly as described), you can refuse the car and ask for a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked. You will keep the car for few days until i will find another buyer in your area, and there will be no need for you to ship the car back. I think this is more than fair for both of us.I will handle the shipping. The car will be shipped via US Air Military Cargo, so i will not pay shipping fees. You will get the car in 4-5 days. The deal WILL BE MADE UNDER THE eBay Motors RULES AND POLICIES. Both of us will be protected. I WILL NOT DEAL OUTSIDE EBAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! Like i said, some parts like the ebay VVP exist and seem legit, but I don’t like putting money towards something I haven’t been able to check out. He is asking for $2900 for it. I heard that if the car isn’t found on ebay motors, it isn’t being sold through them. I wasn’t able to find the car, however I didn’t look for too long. I like to think this is a real deal, but something about it is raising a red flag. If anyone can give me their opinion, that would be greatly appriciated. Thank you.

Open Question: AT&T is getting sued. Who else is interested?
I was a cell repair tech back before I-fads and douche-screen phones. Back then, you bought a GSM SIM chip and used whichever one of your 30 phones you felt like using that day. Just like a home phone line, you pay for the service, not the hardware, and Ma Bell’s satanic children couldn’t even restrict you to a single handset,or tell you which compatible models you could and couldn’t use, because its a service your buying,not a product.

NOW, ATT’s policy for their prepaid services is that, not only is the subsidized handset locked to ATT network frequencies (not specifically the company, but the same bands used) but the SIM itself is locked to the worthless free phone that came with the SIM card. This is illegal by my assumption, and sleazy business practice by common observation.

There reasoning behind this? Who knows. Its not making them more money, as no one is going to buy a devalued, retail ATT branded phone of their choice for the inflated ATT costs. No one smart enough to use prepaid plans at least. So instead of being forced, we are just going to switch services and ebay a phone that actually works like it should.

Problem is, where I live, ATT is the only service I can use. Dont ask why, its not productive to prove my thoughts invalid. The LAWSUIT comes from this idea: I was promised MMS, which I am paying for on a 29 day cycle (prepaid my ass). The facts are, the handsets used are so poor and out dated, that they cannot recieve 99.999% of the MMS messages sent to it. The messages are rendered completely useless, non-forwardable, simple un-accessable, lost to ATT’s ignorance and arrogance. This can cause stock markets to crash, buildings to explode, and children to die. You should be GLAD of my desire to prevent such things before they happen.

ATT, if you are listening, why have you lied about the capabilities of a phone whos hardware you do not own? The flash, flex and firmware,or whatever terms the kids are using these days is all you have. I have tried contacting you. Your retails sales reps are un-trained morons, and every other aspect of your customer ’service’ is a wild goose chase. All I want is a prepaid 850mhz phone on a plan that makes sense (ATT surprisingly comes closer than most) that I can use with whatever 850hz handset I want.

So who else wants a piece of the action? I’m going for 3 mil, punative damages. That should divide up nicely between a few hundred pissed off UNgO-Phone victims. Next time a ATT employee tells me I have never bought a SIM by itself and picked my own phone, I am going to punch him, and ATT is going to buy me Johnnie Cochran.

Thanks for the experience ATT, I guarantee its going to happen.

Open Question: Will you support the end of cash?
Found that Gov wants to end cash in society. reason for Gov payments into bank accounts and using plastic for everything. If cash is gone, every transaction is posted and accountable. private transactions can be tracked as well. Loans and or sales will be subject to taxes and more.
The big fear now is the health care bill and how the Gov will take from your accounts if your coverage is not registered. Imagine trying to fix identity mistake and your account. Fed can freeze your accounts and hold them for reasons of health care and more. So the attachments for cards and paying by cell phone are the tickets. Just the start of the end of cash. Will you all this?

Resolved Question: Does this REALLY seem like something the renter should be responsible for rather than the rentee?!?
I’m a landlord of quite a few properties. Nothing crazy, just a few smaller places. I have had one specific commercial unit for rent/sale for quite some time now. It’s on a very busy street in a bustling area but because of the shape and size, nobody wants it. It is making me lost LOTS of money. The economy got me pretty bad anyway even without this. Anyway, it is a triangular building with all glass sides. It has been used as an italian ice shoppe, mexican burrito shoppe and a cell phone store in the past. Recently I received a call from someone who said they would pay me “$400 and not a penny less to rent the unit for one month only”. I thought it was a weird call since they said they wouldnt pay me a penny less and they only wanted to rent for a single month. Since I am about to lose the house I live in, I happily accepted the offer. I though I could use that money to be sure my daughters can go to their senior prom (they aren’t allowed jobs to pay for it on their own). Anyway, I wrote up a quick contract for the one month lease and met the guy at the location. Initially he seemed alright. I thought he seemed a little squirrly but couldnt put my finger on it. Now keep in mind this location is NOT near my house or my other properties so it took me 1.5 hours to get there each way. Next thing I know its one week later and I’m getting TONS of complaint calls and a fax from a lawyer saying I am being sued. Come to find out, the guy put up very large signs in the building of the facility that had licensed McDonald’s graphics and the phrase “McDonald’s Queer Club” written on it. I IMMEDIATELY left the game and got my ass down there to tear that sign down. When I got there the guy was inside with a bunch of other men, most of which were nude, and it seemed they had turned the place into some sort of ball-pit-mc-donalds-play-place-birthday-gay-sex-bunker. I absolutely couldnt believe it. I screamed that they had to leave but he just laid there and said I would have to formally evict him which takes SO long to do. All the while I kept receiving calls. I went there about half a dozen more times during the final three weeks of his lease. Most of the time there were all sorts of men going in and out and he kept the signs up. One of the times I went in there and talked to him at length about this ridiculous situation he created and he just nonchalantly ignored me and performed with some of those other men. I was grossed out and don’t believe in that so I left. I was there the MINUTE his lease ended. When I drove up the place was spotless, the signs were down and you would have though it never happened. I looked inside and couldnt find any damages or anything to sue him over. The keys were in an small ring-box. when I got back to my car there was a red ball from the ball pit sitting in my drivers seat. My car was definitely locked. I am baffled at what happened. Since the signs were down and I am only the landlord I am expecting that I will not be in trouble for this with a judge but I still have to take a day off work and probably miss a game just to defend myself against this nonsense. Just the other day I performed a background check on the man and his information came up as completely fake.

Well i have so many problems in my life. i got fired from my job this last month I had to use my 41,000 dolars i got from my sale of my house. My car i ran over some ice the other day and broke my u joint,and yoke pin that holds my drive shaft together. i have only $100.00 to my name. I live with my cousin and my aunt on his farm place right now. I own part of the farm from my uncles estate naming my part owner when his will was read last year. my cousin is not easy to talk to about money issues. No company will hire me beacause of sexual harassment thing walmart fired me for. i tryed to give a gal my cell phone number i though she wanted, i hjad been making monthly payments on my credit cards that i owe on yet.. i have no money to pay my cellphone bill this month. job service will not let me have unemployment, social security will not let me have disability money they say i am not diabled enough to get it. and i have no money to pay for my taxes that i have from selling my house last year help. I have been allover for a job and nobody will hire me. Does any body have any ideas on how to get out of this miss i am out of ideds o9n how to hired by any company. I have a very good work history.

NOTE – The seller has great reviews but I noticed the seller is only selling 1 item which is the item “T-mobile Myoutch Q”..there were 3 quantities in-stock and not there’s currently one more available for purchase. I bought the item on the 25th and the estimated delivery date for USPS Priority mail is 2 to 3 days “February 2 or the 3rd of this month”.

I recently bought a $290.00cts T-Mobile Mytouch Q from the seller and now I’m starting to wonder if I shouldn’t have. The seller has great reviews/scores but I notice there where like 292 positive reviews and 8 negative reviews from buyers who claim the seller did not have possession of certain items. The seller has great order reviews on a couple of sell phones recently but in the passed, 3 people canceled cell phone orders. One of the canceled reviews was actually from someone trying to buy a T-Mobile Mytouch Q. At the time I wasn’t that worried about it because of the great reviews the seller ha over-all. Plus there’s a Ebay Buyer Protection refund option listed for the item and also I thought to my self, maybe the buyer did not give the seller enough time to ship the item out. The Buyer stated the review for T-mobile Mytouch Q that the item was quote “cancelled transaction, item is not available/damaged, then opens unpaid case!!”

I never used Ebay Buyer Protection before, I always dealt with PayPal’s Buyer Protection and never had a issue with receiving refunds for cases made by me. How safe is Ebay’s Buyer Protection? Should I be worried if the seller closes there account after seller there last item listed???? I mean what if the seller ends up selling the only item left and chooses to send me a empty T-mobile box before they “somehow” close there account…….Do you think my chances are slim at getting a refund by using Ebay Buyer Protection?…..

I just find it strange that the buyer only has one more item for sell with such great reviews. Plus at the time when the T-Mobile Mytouch Q was listed for purchase buy the seller, The official T-Mobile site had a retail/sale price of $279.99cts for the Mytouch Q but now sales are off and it’s back to the high price of $349.99cts…..I’m guessing maybe the seller bought a couple of retailed phones that were on sale just in time to sale on ebay rite?…..

So what do you think? Should I just calm down in stop being so worried about it? Should I just take my chances and wait till Wednesday to see if the seller ships out the item or should I avoid what could be a long “hard to prove” Ebay Buyer Protection DISPUTE by cancelling the order while I still can?
I guess I wasn’t clear, Pay-pal protection is not available for the item. If I need a refund would have to use “Ebay Buyer Protection”…..

Plus there’s a Ebay Buyer Protection refund option listed for the item and also I thought to my self, maybe the buyer did not give the seller enough time to ship the item out. The Buyer stated the review for T-mobile Mytouch Q that the item was quote “cancelled transaction, item is not available/damaged, then opens unpaid case!!”

I never used Ebay Buyer Protection before, I always dealt with PayPal’s Buyer Protection and never had a issue with receiving refunds for cases made by me. How safe is Ebay’s Buyer Protection? Should I be worried if the seller closes there account after seller there last item listed???? I mean what if the seller ends up selling the only item left and chooses to send me a empty T-mobile box before they “somehow” close there account…….Do you think my chances are slim at getting a refund by using Ebay Buyer Protection?…..

I just find it strange that the buyer only has one more item for sell with such great reviews. Plus at the time when the T-Mobile Mytouch Q was listed for purchase buy the seller, The official T-Mobile site had a retail/sale price of $279.99cts for the Mytouch Q but now sales are off and it’s back to the high price of $349.99cts…..I’m guessing maybe the seller bought a couple of retailed phones that were on sale just in time to sale on ebay rite?…..

So what do you think? Should I just calm down in stop being so worried about it? Should I just take my chances and wait till Wednesday to see if the seller ships out the item or should I avoid what could be a long “hard to prove” Ebay Buyer Protection DISPUTE by cancelling the order while I still can?
I guess I wasn’t clear, Pay-pal protection is not available for the item. If I need a refund would have to use “Ebay Buyer Protection”…..
