I’m looking for a new phone, but I can’t decide on which one I should get. I’m looking for:

- Social networking (Twitter, Facebook)
- Very good quality music [main priorities]
- Whatsapp (free of charge, please)
- Fast
- Easy to type
- Easy to use in general
- Long battery life
- Relatively small

I don’t really want an iPhone because I find that it’s quite hard to type, and it’s also very bulky, so it’s hard for me to hold it and put it in my pockets.

I’ll be having my first daughter in a couple of weeks. My husband and I decided that we won’t allow her to have iPad, iPhone, handheld electronic games, Xbox, wii, a t.v. In her room or let her watch more than 2 movies at the theater a month.

We want her to play outside, use her imagination, do crafts, read, play with toys and most of all socialize with other children.

Open Question: What uses data on the iPhone 4s?
I got an iphone4s yesterday, and I’m on the 2gb data plan.
I’ve done the “official” research, where it tells me I can do 1000 emails, 10000 texts, 4000 webpages, etc etc

But what uses data? I know Siri does, iMessage does,
how about my apps like Facebook or Pinterest or Instagram? Do games take up data? Silly question, but how about Emoji?

Is 2gb enough for a high school senior, in your opinion? I mean, I thought it was fine but i’ve already used like 100 mb and I didn’t really.. do much?

i have an iphone 4s that has some issues…. my wifi for some reason does not work at all and im forced to use up all my 3g data early in the month. so i just got my iPhone 4s and had an iTouch. On my iTouch i could simply drag the music from the computer I’m on to my iTouch with no problems. Open Question: About the Kindle Fire?
I’m thinking about getting a Kindle Fire as a substitute for the data package on an iphone or the ipad because of the drastic price difference.
i just want to know if this is a good idea- its smaller, cheaper, wifi capable, touch screen, etc
also i want to know if it has a note taking capability like the ipad does so if i use it for my classes i can take a quick note and store it for later? it wasn’t something i could find out about on amazon or anything

Open Question: My iPhone hold button is broken, I need help please?
Hi people, I have just bought a used iPhone 3G I like it but the lock button turned out to be broken (I know, I messed up).

Now everything else is fine about it. But I have no money whatsoever for a repair for it. So I thought are there any other ways on how to fix it.

Turns out, there’s a couple of applications out there that can lock your screen when you want, so no need for the lock button.

However, all these apps are only available through different app sources like Cydia, that you need to have a jailbroken iPhone for. But my iPhone has been fully updated to the latest firmware I can’t install these applications.

I need help, desperately. Is there a way to “downgrade” to a firmware where I could install this “Cydia” and download this app called QuickLock? Or is there any other way on how to legitimately download an application to my problem. Please help me I spent all my savings on this broken phone!

Open Question: Can I use one of these no-contract t-mobile plans on my unlocked iPhone 3G or 4S?

those apps no longer appear on the springboard but I they’re still installed.
One of the apps is a hacking/mod app. it still on.

Open Question: Not getting new Tokens scramble with friends!?
I love playing scramble with friends but I am no longer getting new tokens.
I Know I can go to my settings and change the date or time, but to be honest that is a real pain to do every time I want to play, then change it back again. I have tried uninstalling the game, rebooting my iPhone, reintalling etc etc but it keeps happening.
Their support seems really rubbish, I know a lot of people have had this problem, has anyone manged to fix it? I paid for this game and did used to enjoy playing it but now it’s just annoying!!

I personally think that the white LOOKS better but people say that the white can easily get dirty and that it will affect the camera lighting or something. The black one seems more sophisticated and elegant but people say it shows fingerprints. I use a lot of cream so the fingerprints might show on the black one.
