hi! so my friend bought an iphone in japan and although it is at&t her carrier in japan was softbank.
she came to the u.s. and she got a newer version of the iphone and gave me hers.
Can I use it here if I bring it to at&t? I already belong to at&t as it is. so would it be possible to just put my smartchip in my iphone and use it from here on? thanks!

Open Question: My wife fell in love with another man?
It all started 3 years ago when wife was using MySpace exchanging comments back and forth with a man she had never met. She said they were friends but then as time went on, she begin to send 20-30 private messages to him a day. I seen this by ease dropping on her logged in account. My wife then joins FaceBook as I told her I was on there and wanted her to join (e.g. just like I asked her on MySpac) so we can post comments back and forth.
I later realize he appeared in her friend list on FaceBook. No real wall post but again I find out several private messages a day. Nothing that really indicated anything was happening other than the fact she spends 35% of her day communicating with him. BTW, wife is stay-at-home because she chose to and I supported her want. Then I by her an iPhone for her birthday and she begins using Yahoo IM to communicate with this guy which I later find out she has progressed to sending him nude pics, speaking sexually, and even got to the point where I jumped into the middle of their IM conversation where the guy indicated he would come up to visit her and basically become intimate. He seems serious and so does she. She even had gift certs sent to her from this guy.
When I confronted her about how I felt and that I would like for her to stop talking to him because it made me feel cheated on she said she wouldn’t and stood by her statement for 4 days until I emailed the guy and scared him away by way of threatening. She then plays off as if she called it quits when she didn’t I interfered and will now having to deal with “what if” because it was never by her choice.
I arranged for a marital counselor and asked if she’d join if she wanted to work on us. She agreed, however she has been showing signs that she misses this guy and will occasionally make remarks that he was a good friend. It burns me, and I’m hurting badly behind the infedelity. This is a second offense where she had done something similar 6 years ago but never to this extent just talking to ex. We have been together for 15 years and married for 5. I’m torn between letting this what seems to be unrepairable marriage go, or keep trying. I’m getting physically sick behind the thought and when she goes around playing the music he sent her with her mp3 player around the home. We have 3 kids. What would you do?
